BCSIM is a faith based ministry that believes God’s Word is true and His power can and will flow to and through any humbled and submitted heart. BCSIM was birthed on August 22, 2014 at Westside Baptist Church, Indianapolis, IN where it’s first annual Women’s Conference was held and 300 women were in attendance over a two day span. BCSIM is committed to drawing sisters back to their first love (Jesus Christ) while building communities of sisterly love amongst those who are called by God to fulfill the ministry of Jesus Christ in the earth through annual Women Conferences.

To ENCOURAGE: to inspire with courage, spirit and confidence the will of God – His purpose, His plan, our destiny! Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God……
To EQUIP: by furnishing or providing whatever is needed and useful for any undertaking Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand…..
To EMPOWER: by surrendering to the leading of the Holy Spirit and power of the Word of God II Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness…..
