BCSIM was birthed on August 22, 2014 at Westside Baptist Church, Indianapolis, IN where it’s first annual Women’s Conference was held and 300 women were in attendance over a two day span. BCSIM is committed to drawing sisters back to their first love (Jesus Christ) while building communities of sisterly love amongst those who are called by God to fulfill the ministry of Jesus Christ in the earth through annual Women Conferences.

Founder
Pastor Janet Denise Reid was called by God into ministry in the Fall of 1989, while attending Word of Life Metro Church, Indianapolis, Indiana, under the tutelage of the late Pastor Jerry Landers. The Lord placed a special anointing upon her for the lost, broken, downtrodden and forgotten people who needed to find their way back to a loving and caring Father.
In 1992, Pastor Reid and her family transferred their membership to Eastern Star Church, Indianapolis, Indiana – “Where Jesus Is Exalted, and the Word Is Explained” under the dynamic leadership of Pastor Jeffrey A. Johnson, Sr. For over 17 years, she served diligently and led multiple ministries. Afterwards, Pastor Reid served in a leadership capacity under the tutelage of Pastor Michael O. Bryant at Westside M.B. Church, Indianapolis. Indiana. “Where Christ is Glorified, and Lives are Transformed” On July 29, 2019, Pastor Reid became ordained as Pastor. She continues to preach and teach the Word of God, without compromise, around the world.

Pastor Reid founded Blood Covenant Sisters International, Ministries INC. (BCSIM) in 2012 to uphold her mission to enhance, encourage, equip and empower those who are called by God to fulfill the ministry of Jesus Christ in the earth. Pastor Reid is purpose-driven and has been called by God to bridge the gap and develop sisterhoods.

Pastor Reid holds multiple degrees from Life Christian University, Tampa, Florida. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Theology.
